It’s the time of year when The CW orders pilots for potential new shows and Riverdale spin-off, Katy Keene, is amongst their number. The spin-off promises to follow the exploits of Katy Keene, a model, actress, and singer with dreams of becoming a fashion designer in NYC. Part of the Archie Comics brand, the series-in-progress is being set in the universe that Riverdale started. Not much is know of the plot yet – or if any Riverdale characters will make cameos – but showrunner Roberto Aguirre Sacasta is pretty excited....

Fourteen years after the controversial finale to The Sopranos aired, creator David Chase has finally revealed Tony Soprano’s fate. Well, sort of. For those who need a reminder, the final scene featured Tony having a meal with his wife and son in the diner, with his daughter rushing across the street to meet them. The bell above the door rings, Tony looks up, and the screen fades to black. Chase spoke to Scott Feinberg on The Hollywood Reporter’s podcast Awards Chatter and gave the details of how he intended Tony’s death to play out....

Infinity Ward kicked out a surprise update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. Christian Slater will a villain in the upcoming Disney+ series adaptation of The Spiderwick Chronicles. Disney announced the production of the series back in November 2021. Square Enix has revealed that the closed beta of Dissidia: Final Fantasy NT will take place in North America and Europe from August 26 to September 4. Any PS4 owner who wants to take part in the program still has the opportunity to sign up here, although in the end only a limited number of users will be selected. In the beta, players will be able to fight using a limited selection of characters and stages, all taken from the mainline Final Fantasy games, while the final version of the game is expected to feature more than 29 controllable characters, including Noctis from Final Fantasy XV....

Microsoft Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be able to access 150 games using the cloud starting tomorrow, September 15. Back in July, Microsoft announced that its xCloud and Xbox Game Pass services would merge into the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate premium subscription service.
