According to a research conducted by a Reddit user, CD Projekt RED won’t pay dividends this year as part of its plan to finance completely on its own the marketing efforts for the much anticipated Cyberpunk 2077. “It says that CD Projekt was first and only gaming company to pay a dividend to stakeholders in 2017 (PLN 101M ~$30M), but their board recently agreed they won’t be paying a dividend this year,” user Jemiide says mentioning a feature from a Polish website....
Cyberpunk 2077 is quite possibly the biggest launch in 2020, and for a good reason. It’s being developed by CD Projekt Red, who, of course, created the extremely well-received Witcher series of games, which won 17 different awards and was nominated for another 21.
