What this means is that people who own Cyberpunk 2077can now create their own modding tools from CD Projekt Red’s own website. Remember Clash of Clans and Clash Royale, the widely popular base building and deck building mobile games from developer Supercell? PixelatedCandy, the developer behind and creator of the fantasy experience Crown Academy, has been cleared in federal court after Royale High scripter David Ndalamba, Ice7, lost his lawsuit in which he claimed that PixelatedCandy allowed and encouraged one of her Crown Academy developers, Eli, to steal assets and source code from another fantasy role play experience, Royale High, and implement them into Crown Academy. On April 12, 2022, PixelatedCandy released an official statement regarding this lawsuit on Twitter, stating that she’s “glad that the jury determined what [she] knew to be true all along,” referencing the jury’s unanimous conclusion that she did not, and has not, engaged in any copyright infringement or misappropriation in relation to Royale High....

Development studio The Initiative gave fans a major update on their upcoming game, Perfect Dark reboot. The Initiative shared on Twitter that the company is partnering with Crystal Dynamics to work on Perfect Dark. The studio further adds that the game is still in very early development. The Initiative was founded in 2018 as part of the Xbox Game Studios division at Microsoft and is led by Darrell Gallagher, a former studio head from Crystal Dynamics....

Ubisoft’s free-to-play fighting game developed, Brawlhalla by Blue Mammoth has DLC characters from other franchises, and today they added some of Cartoon Network’s Adventure Time cast to the roster. Joining the likes of Rayman, Shovel Knight, and Hellboy, Finn, Jake, and Princess Bubblegum are coming over from their hit cartoon that recently ended to battle it out with some of the other legends. Marcus Lehto took the stage representing the team at Bungie’s blood sweat and tears when he officially unveiled Halo Reach’s breathtaking campaign footage. Lehto wanted to make sure that everyone in the audience knew that this footage was all taken in game. Call of Duty: Vanguard has seen numerous updates since launch, and the next seasonal shift is happening soon. With Season 4: Mercenaries of Fortune, what’s old is new again. The classic Shi No Numa map from the original Zombies is coming to Vanguard’s Der Anfang mode. Call of Duty studio Treyarch made the announcement on Twitter, promising that players will “journey to the ‘Swamp of Death’ to unearth its secrets.” It included a fancy new logo for the map, touting the Shi No Numa name (which translates to the aforementioned “Swamp of Death) in a demonic Der Anfang style....
