The Dead Space games are beloved by fans of the horror genre. With the third entry in the series released almost a decade ago, it’s no surprise that some players were holding out hope for Dead Space 4. Although the hypothetical game never came to be, the series is seeing a revival. In July last year, Electronic Arts revealed plans for a Dead Space remake. Since then, new details about the game have been revealed, including today’s announcement of a Dead Space Collector’s Edition from Limited Run Games....

The Contact Public Event has been added to Destiny 2 with the Season of Arrivals. The new event can currently be found on Io, although we have reason to suspect that it might show up on Titan in the future. You can see the location of the event marked on the map below, all you need to do is spawn in at Lost Oasis on Io, and it is right in front of you....

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy continues reigning over the UK best sellers list, achieving five weeks at number 1. That is not only a new record for a PS4-only release, it’s also the longest any game has taken hold of the top position in all 2017. It also makes 10 out if 31 weeks that a PS4-only release has topped the charts this year. Crash was partly helped by the absence of new releases this week, but it has also proven to be a stable seller, just dropping its numbers 34% this week....

Unravel released earlier this month and has been receiving solid reviews across the board, though there is potential for the game to reach even more gamers in the future. Coldwood Interactive’s Martin Sahlin recently spoke with Gaming Bolt about Unravel potentially coming to the NX, to which he revealed that he would would not be against that at all. “No, absolutely not. The more ways we have to reach the audience, the better,” said Sahlin....

With the recent launch of the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One looming ahead, it would seem fitting to compare the entertainment apps both consoles have prepared at launch (or in the case of Microsoft, at the launch window), as these consoles do much more than simply play games. Keep in mind that the Xbox One apps have a window from the respective launch day in each country to spring 2014, so some apps may not be available at launch....
