Boulder Dash could very well be a game that many of you have never heard of. Originally released back in 1984 for Atari consoles, it starred a character named Rockford as he digs around in caves searching for diamonds. Along the way, Rockford had to avoid falling boulders, angry creatures and explosions as he made his way to the exit within the time limit. Trying to collect the treasure while avoiding a self-caused landslide always made the game feel like a puzzle to me, and I loved it....

The sequel to the 3DS’ solid RPG Bravely Default, ingeniously titled Bravely Second, will be getting a demo next month in Europe that will be available to download on the 3DS eShop on February 11. The demo is set to include events that serve as a warm-up for the main storyline and puts the spotlight on Yew Geneolgia, Janne Angard, and Nikolai Nikolanikov. The great thing about the demo is that all your progress will carry over to the main game if you decide to purchase it, as well as you getting some exclusive rewards....

Mako the Shark is out now. A new update for Brawlhalla has been released, and here’s the full list of changes with this patch. Mako the Shark joins the game’s roster of playable characters, wielding a greatsword and katars. He has high speed and strength, but his dexterity and defense are slightly lower to compensate. Map editors are fairly uncommon in today’s shooters. Halo’s Forge mode is a big one, and Infinite’s version is targeting August according to the latest roadmap. For months on end, developer Activision teased several elements of Call of Duty: Vanguard would be entering Warzone. With it now confirmed that the battle royale will feature a new World War II-set map, along with Vanguard weapons and cosmetics, many feared that Warzone would soon discontinue items from older games. Luckily, it appears the newly-named Warzone Pacific hasn’t forgotten about its roots. When the new Vanguard-themed map launches on December 2, players will indeed be able to continue using their unlocked weapons and cosmetics from Black Ops Cold War and even Modern Warfare....

Square Enix uploaded a new development picture taking a look at Chocobo riding in Final Fantasy XV. The image above was uploaded by AllGamesBeta. The website notes that Chocobos will be shown in the new Final Fantasy XV trailer that is due to be out next week during TGS 2015. Square Enix teased Chocobos earlier this year during the game’s demo, although you weren’t able to ride any.
