Developer Hyper Studio seems to be fairly busy this season with their upcoming games. Police Getaway, Angler’s World, Cliffsides…these are just a few of the titles that they are currently working on. Now, they’re adding another title to the roster with Food Empire, an economic strategy simulator where players will design their own restaurants. While there is no release date yet, we can expect the game to arrive on PC sometime in 2023....

Today, Treyarch has released a new patch for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone. The update made various stability and improvements to the PlayStation 5 version of the game, and fixed an exploit in the Die Maschine map that permitted duplication of the player’s weapon. Treyarch also announced a Double Weapon XP bonus starting from January 15 in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone till January 19 (10 AM PT)....

Following reports of an in-development Mario Kart sequel, Nintendo has confirmed what it has actually had in the works. Announced today via the Nintendo Direct livestream, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is getting its first batch of paid DLC this year. CD Projekt Red’s surprise Cyberpunk 2077 announcement scheduled for Tuesday might have been foiled by an official Xbox Twitter account mere hours before the company’s “REDstreams” event. According to a now-deleted tweet made on Tuesday morning by the Xbox Netherlands Twitter account, the long-awaited current-gen upgrade for Cyberpunk 2077 will launch later today, and it will also allegedly include a five-hour free trial to boot. While Xbox Netherlands deleted the tweet shortly after posting it, journalist Martin Verschoor screenshotted the tweet and reposted it on their Twitter page....
Unleash your cyberpsycho with this new Netflix adaptation of Cyberpunk! Cyberpunk 2077 had a rough go of establishing itself when the launch was riddled with bugs, but players on PC, and those who waited patiently for the patches, were pleased to enjoy Night City’s rendition in a gorgeous AAA RPG setting. It’s a great rendition of the sci-fi subgenre, with great storytelling and an incredible pool of lore from which players can draw, whether they first experienced it in the 2020 game, or the franchise’s first iteration, a tabletop RPG first created in 1988....
