Today the first DLC add on for Crysis 2 hits Xbox 360 and PC. The Realiation Map Pack features four new iconic locations to the already robust set of maps included in Crysis 2. The new maps Park Avenue, Transit, Shipyard, and Compound make up the map pack, which can be had via Xbox Live for 800 Microsoft Points. The CW has just released an exciting new trailer for the upcoming live-action adaptation of Gotham Knights, which will focus on the effect on Gotham City after the death of Batman. Batwoman writers Natalie Abrams, Chad Fiveash, and James Stoteraux, wrote the script for the series, which is not included in the same universe as CW’s The Flash and Superman & Lois, though that’s always subject to change. Gotham Knights received a pilot order in early February, and it will officially be released on the network sometime in 2023....

Ping systems are slowly becoming a helpful norm in the realm of first-person shooters. Well, after much positive feedback of the system in Call of Duty: Warzone, developer Treyarch has announced that it will now be implemented into Black Ops Cold War’s traditional multiplayer too. “For the first time in Black Ops Multiplayer, we’re adding a locational ping system as a feature across all MP modes,” a blog post on the developer’s site revealed....

I’ve been playing the Yakuza 7 demo quite a lot recently and let me tell you, it’s amazing. Despite the drastic change to the series’ formula and despite the fact I can’t read a word of Japanese I’ve had a great time with it. The turn-based combat is going to put off some people, however, I love that genre and the whole thing reminds me of Persona 5, which is no bad thing at all....
I think Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is notoriously infamous for having a huge file size. 250GB of space for just one game is insane, even if this year’s Call of Duty was a refreshing return. My internet connection would take 30 hours to download that, so I won’t be touching it with a 10-foot pole. On the bright side though, it seems Treyarch has discovered the long lost art of file compression, as this year’s Call of Duty is looking a lot better on storage devices....
