A job posting for an Incubation Sandbox Designer may have revealed that Bungie has plans to once again take a shot at the competitive shooter market and see if the company can leverage some space in the esports scene. In a section of the job posting called “Nice to have skills,” the company states they are hoping to hire someone with “familiarity with the competitive gaming landscape/esports”. As of March 15, you will finally be able to face the “God” of Pokemon. Arceus will be obtainable in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl if you have the most recent software update for the title. That being said, there are some prerequisites that one must have to obtain the coveted Azure Flute which is required to summon the Mythical Pokémon. To get the flute, you must have a save file for Pokémon Legends: Arceus on your Nintendo Switch that has all the main missions from the game completed — in other words, you have to catch Arceus in its own game to also capture it in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl....

Following its March presentation, Monster Hunter Rise will be holding another digital event for its first expansion, Sunbreak, on May 10. Citizen Kane has officially lost its perfect 100% Fresh score on Rotten Tomatoes, 80 years after its release. The downgrade was due to an old review that resurfaced, critiquing the movie, making the score drop from 100% to 99%. The review was published in 1942 in the Chicago Tribune by Mae Tinee, a collective pseudonym used by the paper at the time. Now that most of Crash Bandicoot’s most celebrated games have gotten the remaster treatment (between N. Sane Trilogy and Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled), what’s next for the iconic game hero? It looks like a mobile debut. A Twitter account under the name of Jump Button recently revealed images from what appears to be a mobile Crash Bandicoot game produced by Activision’s King label. Some early screenshots also appeared, indicating that the game has a similar vibe to Sega’s Sonic Dash games....

The Crysis 2 demo has been out and about for a while now, and many have had the chance to examine the multiplayer gameplay of the upcoming shooter. Cube World was quite the indie darling back when it went on sale a few years ago. Long in development, which is understandable as the game is being made by just Wolfram von Funck and his wife Sarah von Funck, the game has been only intermittently available, and has received few updates along the way. All development seemed to stop back in July of 2013 though, with the game still up for sale until July 2015....

It seems like amiibo have been almost everywhere in the gaming news sphere since their launch almost two months ago alongside Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. In that time, we’ve seen the release of two waves of amiibo, with three more already announced to release over the next few months, including the first non-Smash Bros. line. However, even with that many out and coming, many artists have taken the opportunity to makeover many of the existing amiibo into their own custom characters....

As you might recall, people have never appreciated the decision by CD Projekt RED to offer Cyberpunk 2077 with a first-person perspective. That’s mainly because fans of the Polish studio have got to know it thanks to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which was in the third person, so they thought they would be getting a similar experience to that beloved game. Anyway, after quite some time from the initial backlash, here we go again with CDPR being forced to clarify its position about the first-person perspective, due to some customer service revealing that cut-scenes and sex scenes would be presented in first-person all over the game....
