Releasing May 27 to Steam, Castle Flipper will allow gamers to build, repair, and decorate their own medieval kingdoms without all the annoying pitfalls of managing angry peasants or staving off brutal infectious plagues....

Microsoft has certainly turned things around since the initial reveal of the Xbox One, and the backwards compatibility program has been a big part of that. The amount of support from fans they have gotten for making Xbox 360 games playable on Xbox One has been huge, and now it looks like this popular feature will now be showing up at retail. Clash of Clans has today launched its September 27 update across mobile devices, so here’s everything that’s been changed and added with this patch. Unlike some of the other patches released today for other games, this patch is extra beefy and looks to bring plenty of new stuff to the game. The first image from Richard Stanley’s 2019 film Color Out of Space has been revealed (above), and it’s beautifully unsettling. The adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft’s 1927 short story “The Color Out of Space” focuses on a town that is struck by a meteorite, causing catastrophic fallout. For those unaware of H.P. Lovecraft’s works and thus unaware of what to expect from this film, Lovecraft was a 1920’s horror author known for his emphasis on cosmic horror, or the fear of the unknown....

Riot Forge shared a message to fans about the release dates for Convergence and Song of Nunu. Both games have been delayed to sometime in 2023, with Riot Forge promising to update fans on the progress of both titles when the company is ready. The message further revealed next-gen versions of the Ruined King are still in development and will also release sometime in 2023. Players with existing copies of the Ruined King on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be able to upgrade to the next-gen without additional cost....

The Counter Strike: Global Offensive beta has gone live on Steam for all players who have pre-purchased the game. Due to arrive on August 21st on Steam, Xbox Live and the PlayStation 3, Counter Strike: Global Offensive expands upon the team-based gameplay that fans of the franchise know and love. The sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be heading into the skies above Hyrule, as confirmed today in Nintendo’s E3 presentation. Eiji Aonuma, the producer of The Legend of Zelda series, said that “development has been steadily progressing” and that Breath of the Wild 2 is aiming for release in 2022. In some new gameplay footage, Link is clad in a rugged look and is seen air diving and hand gliding his way around the flying isles above the land we know and love....

The day has finally come for Bungie to unveil Destiny. The developers released the ViDoc above to pullback the curtain on the game that they’ve been working on for years. Bungie describes Destiny as “the next evolution in entertainment”, and an “incredible new story set within a newly-imagined, always -connected universe”. Destiny will allow players to create a character, and outfit them with unique and customizable weapons, gear, and vehicles....

It’s a rendezvous with madness this fall as Cyanide Studio’s 2018 Call of Cthulhu adaptation has finally been marked with a release date. The “Official Video Game” based on H.P. Lovecraft’s lore has been in development since 2014, and after a brief lull in the development cycle, it’s finally back making its way to our world. The day before Halloween. An adaptation of Lovecraft’s short story, “The Call of Cthulhu,” the anticipated role-playing game follows a private investigator named Edward Pierce....

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is receiving a new wave of information as part of a Game Informer coverage, which is of course focusing on the still mysterious battle royale mode called Blackout. As revealed in the coverage, the battle royale by Treyarch will start with a player count of 80 in the beta. The developer said it has achieved an even higher number internally but wants to focus on stability for the moment being....
