If you weren’t a fan of the Loadout Drop changes during Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season One, good news — they’re being reverted. Now you’ll be able to get your drops at the start of a match instead of waiting around. The Call of Duty Twitter account made the announcement, with more info provided on the official website. According to developer Raven Software, players will now “see Loadout Drops available to purchase in Buy Stations at any time, rather than restricting availability during a match’s opening minutes....

Some Diablo II players may be wondering if they can boot up their old save file when Diablo II Resurrected is released. A save from 20 years ago couldn’t transfer over to today, right? Well, according to a recent IGN Middle East interview with game producer Matthew Cederquist, the upcoming remaster will let players do just that. Cederquist stated that the remaster will allow anyone to transfer their save from the original game into Diablo II Resurrected....

Dell has today announced the launch of two new laptops at CES 2020. The Dell XPS 13 and the Latitude 9510 to address both thinner and lighter form-factors with the new XPS 13, as well as productivity oriented use-cases with the Latitude 9000 series. The new XPS 13 comes with a smaller and thinner profile while still packing in a larger display. The laptop is built out of aluminium, carbon fibre, woven glass fibre, and Gorilla Glass....

Fans were understandably disappointed last month when they heard that Club Nintendo, the long-running rewards program, would be shutting down. However, Nintendo promised some great new items to close out the service, which they delivered on this morning with the unveiling of the full suite of final rewards. New physical items like a Majora’s Mask bag, 3DS cartridge holder, and various posters were supplemented by a huge selection of digital titles, which could be purchased using the free coins earned through the program....

Before Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War releases on November 13, Activision is opening multiplayer beta periods starting this week. As previously mentioned in our Zombies preview article, the COD: Black Ops Cold War multiplayer beta is coming in two phases: Weekend one, the PS4 exclusive beta: October 8-9, open to pre-orderers of the game on PS4. October 10-12, open to all PS4 owners. PS Plus subscription isn’t required except for players in Germany....

A few hours after Call of Duty: Warzone‘s epic Season 4 update went live, data miners went to work to see if the newly-installed files carried any buried secrets signaling what gunners could see in Season 5. Turns out, the free-to-play smash hit might expand play inside of one of the game’s most popular locations: Stadium. A Twitter account for a Discord group that specializes in data mining, known as The Gaming Vanguard, posted names of files that were found inside the Season 4 update....

Toys For Bob is making a point to poke fun at the fact that the Crash series really disappointed after the initial trilogy, with them not only naming the new game Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, but also making a point to show that those others don’t exist in canon. It appears that the Microsoft Store has pulled the trigger a bit too soon, before the formal announcement of Crytek’s highly-anticipated shooter, Crysis Remastered, as the site has accidentally dropped a release date and gameplay trailer of the game. The advertisement listed points to a July 23 release date, with the download size standing at a small seven gigabytes. A Twitter user by the name of Okami13_ was able to post the gameplay trailer before the site swiftly took it down....

You would think that a talented and ambitious developer like Crytek, boasting one of the most powerful engines in the industry, would constantly be bringing the FPS genre to soaring new heights after releasing such grand endeavors as Far Cry and Crysis. Instead, meet the studio’s new free-to-play, social multiplayer FPS, Warface. Granted, Crytek Germany are not the ones responsible for putting out this gem. Rather Warface, which will be exclusive to the PC, is being co-developed by Crytek Seoul and Crytek Frankfurt....

There are rumors that Cyberpunk 2077 will get a soft reboot as a new edition. The now-deleted post came from 4chan but as it was being reported on, the Global PR Director for CD Projekt Red seemingly denied it. He stated, “This thing doesn’t add up,” which doesn’t necessarily mean that it won’t happen, just that it’s improbable or not completely accurate. According to the rumor, there will be free DLC, four new weapons, a new game plus, apartment customization, and new missions....

Should you reunite Skippy with his original owner? After acquiring Skippy the talking gun, you’ll eventually have the opportunity to return him to his original owner in a quest called Machine Gun. This side quest appears after you’ve had Skippy in your possession for a few days. You’ve likely gotten pretty attached to the little guy by this point, so deciding whether or not you should return the gun to his original owner is a tough decision....

CD Projekt Red is reportedly requiring employees to crunch ahead of the release of Cyberpunk 2077 in November. This comes after a developer promised last year there would be no mandatory crunch. The report was detailed in an article from Bloomberg titled Cyberpunk 2077 Publisher Orders 6-Day Weeks Ahead of Game Debut. The information was gathered from an email sent out by CD Projekt Red studio head Adam Badowski as well as an employee within the company....

From Software’s Dark Souls franchise has been the definition of hardcore gaming and it has been all but a foregone conclusion that Dark Souls 3 was coming. For those playing Days Gone on the PlayStation 4, you may have experienced a handful of graphical issues, or have even had your game crash on you a few times. Fortunately, the developers, Bend Studios, took time to release 1.05 patch this weekend that should hopefully correct several of these problems. The Days Gone day one patch and a handful of other small patches quickly released shortly after the game’s launch improved a handful of minor bugs players were reporting, but the overall quality of the game’s loading times had never improved....

The game looks better than ever and will come out next month. Many fans of the classic-style Castlevania games have been looking forward to Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, a new side-scrolling action-platformer that’s development is being led by former Castlevania producer Koji Igarashi, who has worked on a number of Castlevania titles in the past, including the beloved Symphony of the Night.
