David And Casey Chose Surrogacy Because Of Casey’s Mental Health

David Caspe and Casey Wilson tied the knot in 2018. The couple settled for surrogacy after the Saturday Night Live alum battled intense postpartum depression following her other pregnancies.

“I’m not ashamed,” she said of the decision. The screenwriter also confessed that there was one more reason for opting for surrogacy which she didn’t disclose. However, the mom of three said she is happy with her decision.

Casey explained that the surrogacy experience is profound and lauded the surrogate who helped her family.

The actress praised her surrogate, calling surrogacy “women supporting women in its highest form.”

Casey also shared that Frankie completes “the sacred circle of mother and daughter” she always wished for.  The new mom shouted out to her late mom, hoping she could see her new baby.

Congratulations to David Caspe and Casey Wilson on the birth of their daughter. Hopefully, the birth of Casey’s third child continues to bring joy to the family.
