Last night during Arrow, CW revealed the first trailer for the upcoming Arrowverse “Elseworlds” crossover. You can see that trailer down below:
The trailer gave us our first look at Stephen Amell as Barry Allen. It appears that somehow, reality has been rewritten. Amell is now playing Barry Allen AKA The Flash and Grant Gustin will play the role of Oliver Queen AKA the Green Arrow. From what I’ve gathered, it’s best to think of it like a Freaky Friday kind of situation.
During the latest episode of The Flash, we got our second teaser for the Arrowverse “Elseworlds” crossover, this time featuring Grant Gustin as Oliver Queen sparring with David Ramsey’s John Diggle:
Getting away from the craziness of whatever is happening in these teaser trailers, “Elseworlds” will also be our introduction to Batwoman. The longtime Batman ally will be portrayed by Ruby Rose (John Wick 2, The Meg).
Back in October, we received our first look at Rose in the role with this promotional image:
A few weeks later, Melissa Benoist, who plays Supergirl in the Arrowverse, sent out a new set image of Rose in the Batsuit:

Along with Batwoman, both Gotham and the infamous Arkham Asylum will be making their debuts in the Arrowverse during this epic three-night crossover event. Jeremy Davies (Lost, Saving Private Ryan) will play an insane doctor at Arkham Asylum. This will be what brings our heroes to Gotham City in the first place.
