Even if it’s a tad on the short side, the new Cuphead DLC and boss encounters receive accolades from players and critics for their richness and difficulty. Thankfully, in addition to the anticipated boss fights, the DLC pack includes a variety of new achievements and puzzles to solve. One, in particular, named ‘Paladin,’ has persisted in perplexing users. The bulk of them is pretty self-explanatory. However, the Paladin achievement has baffled Cuphead fans. The ‘Obtain great power’ description provides no guidance on how to acquire this trophy. Obtain Great Power and Paladin Achievement in Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course
Players must get Porkrind’s mysterious artifact, the Broken Relic, to begin the quest for Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course’s Paladin Achievement. It’s a good thing that this just costs one coin because doing so won’t hinder gamers from purchasing additional improvements.
Users will have to equip the item before attempting the challenging task within the Graveyard. Visit the three characters adjacent to the shop who have just concluded a climbing competition. Everybody’s sequence will be different, but they’ll provide gamers with a pointer on how to approach the surrounding graveyard challenge.
Players must touch the gravestones in the sequence of the clues given by the first, second, and third place climbers. The developers have arranged these graves in a 3 by 3 grid. The first gravestone touched should serve as the winner’s hint, followed by the second and third. Correctly following the cues will light up the middle grave. The user will then be prompted to take a nap. If you choose “Yes,” you will be sent to a hidden boss battle versus an angel and devil team.
Gamers will receive the ‘A Horrible Night to Have a Curse’ achievement from this battle. Also, you have restored the Broken Relic. It is now known as the Cursed Relic. Keep the relic equipped.
Unfortunately, the Cursed Relic has a few negative effects. It lowers HP by 1 and transforms each shot or dash into a random weapon.
Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course – All Coin Locations
Players must go through each DLC boss with the Cursed Relic active. The drawbacks may seem overwhelming, but there is one advantage. If one continues to press the attack button after they begin firing, the randomly chosen weapon will stay. Keep holding down the attack button if you locate a weapon that works well against a specific Delicious Last Course boss, so you don’t have to switch to anything else. Once you defeat all bosses, the Paladin achievement will be yours.
