Attention fans of Critical Role! Our favorite Dungeons and Dragons Twitch streamers are back, and this time they’re bringing a whole new line of tabletop board games with them.

Critical Role has been streaming for roughly five years, and in that time, they’ve garnered a huge following. The cast consists of several voice actors, like Marisha Ray, Travis Willingham, Liam O’Brian, Sam Riegle, Taliesin Jaffe, Laura Bailey, and others. Dungeon Master, Matthew Mercer, lead the campaigns.

This newest announcement focuses on a new direction for this popular streaming series, tabletop board games. Critical Role aims to bring some of its charms to its new board game lineup, by setting games in Wildemount, the setting of the Mighty Nein‘s current campaign. The first game is said to be a spin-off of the popular tabletop card game, Munchkin Cthulhu.
