2020 has been a wild year for the video game industry and it’s only getting wilder. During 2020, we have seen E3 and other conventions shift to a digital platform; we have also seen our fair share of delays and franchise revivals. Next week, the world will finally have access to the Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War. If you are not one of the early adopters or do not buy new video games, then there are still options for you. Earlier this year, Activision released Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 and Crash Bandicoot 4.

Speaking of those two, for the first time Crash Bandicoot is crossing over into Tony Hawk‘s realm. This epic crossover will be available to fans starting on November 6, 2020. In celebration of these two franchise’s launches, these two iconic franchises will bring players some sweet Bandicoot-inspired clothing and accessories to help skaters show off their inner Wompa attitude.

Starting this Friday, Skaters that have purchased Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 will find 13 new Crash-themed items available within Create-A-Skater, along with a variety of other new perks being offered as part of a free title update. You will soon be able to enjoy Crash and Coco-branded in-game swag, including nine shirts, three hats, and one skateboard deck.

Additional Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater Updates

In addition to the Crash Bandicoot 4 update,  Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 players will receive a few additional updates to the game including:

Updated Solo Tours. Now, players will be able to redo the Tours mode with individual skaters; this will allow them to max out the stats of each of their favorite skaters. At the start of each Solo Tour, all Goals and Medals will be reset, while the current Tours mode will move to “Crew Tours” so previous progress will not be lost.

New Challenge Sets, Tuning, and More. New objectives within online Multiplayer, Create-A-Park and Combo Practice will reward fans with plenty of XP and in-game Cash to spend at the Skate Shop, while skilled players will be able to reach Level 100 and earn XP faster. Multiplayer playlists will also be improved for better randomization of Parks and Scores in both Jams and Competitive modes.

Three fan-created decks. Three talented fans won the right to have their art featured as custom decks in Create-A-Skater as part of a recent community contest. Fans can ride these masterpieces in the game now.”

The Create-A-Skater 10-deck bundle will be available as DLC for $4.99. 100% of the proceeds for this pack will go towards the construction of public skateparks for youth in underserved communities. The Update will be available on all platforms.
