Posterizing an opponent with a contact dunk is one of the most exciting things to do in NBA 2K23. But if you want your player to be able to perform a contact dunk, you will have to consider the requirements before creating your player.

To perform a contact dunk, you must meet the requirements, buy the contact dunk animation, and equip it to your player. Here are all the contact dunk requirements in NBA 2K23.

Remember to consider what contact dunks you would like to perform before making your player. If your goal is to have contact dunks, your player will have to focus on athletic and finishing attributes. Set your potential attributes to be able to reach the requirements, otherwise, you will not be able to perform contact dunks.

After setting your potential, you will need to reach the attribute requirements and purchase the contact dunks from the animation store. Equip your contact dunks and take to the court to posterize your opponents. Having the Posterizer badge really helps initiate contact dunks, so if you are struggling to get those contact dunks, consider upgrading the Posterizer badge. One of the new NBA 2K23 badges, Aerial Wizard will also increase your chances of getting a contact alley-oop or putback dunk.
