Simulator games have gained popularity in recent years. From skateboarding to lawnmowing, almost everything has a simulator. It probably won’t come as a surprise, then, that there is a construction simulator about being a British landlord in the 1980s. That game is Landlord’s Super. It’s in Early Access on Steam and has just received a brand new content update. The announcement came in a press release earlier today.

What’s New In The Landlord’s Super Free Build Update?
The Free Build Update for Landlord’s Super adds a variety of new content to the game. Developer MinskWorks revealed some of the new features in today’s press release:
- Build from the ground up – players can now design and build all aspects of their properties. (It really is brick by brick!)
- Staircases & additional floors
- A new housing market – players can sell their creations, buy other players creations, and use the housing marketplace to work on other players properties
- Hot bar – better interaction options for certain building supplies
- New windows & doors
- Improved visuals
- Curtains – available both open and closed
- Balance & quality of life changes – including revamped roofing, balanced energy for longer workdays, increased rental & sell prices, properties now susceptible to price inflation
- Many bug fixes
