Sister Wives star Christine Brown has not been in contact with her fellow sister wives since her move to Utah. The reality star revealed that she has not really spoken to her fellow wives since she left Arizona . Christine had moved to her home state after her split from Kody Brown.
The TLC star recently revealed where she stands with her fellow sister wives Meri Brown, Robyn Brown and Janelle Brown after her split from Kody in 2021.
Have The Sister Wives Been In Contact Since Christine Brown’s Move?
On October 18, Christine who announced her split from Kody, 53, before returning to Utah in November 2021, spoke to Us Weekly. She opened up about the dynamics of her relationship with her fellow sister wives.
The 50-year-old said her relationship with Meri, 55, and Robyn, 44, was the same way it was when she left and that she hasn’t “really spoken to either of them.”
When asked whether she was unhappy about the lack of a close relationship between herself and Meri and Robyn, the reality star refuted, stating that she wants to “get a really good solid foundation on just being me.”
“I’ve never just been me. Like, I got married and then had kids and everything, and so I’m just doing that right now,” she added.
Christine has however, been in touch with Kody’s second wife, Janelle, 53, and her kids who live nearby. The TLC personality said Janelle has visited her several times, and the two have even gone on trips together.
Despite her physical distance from most members of the family, Christine said she did recently have an “awkward” but peaceful reunion with Robyn and Kody at a family function.
Christine’s Relationship With Kody And Her Fellow Wives
Christine and Kody announced their split via Instagram in November 2021 after over 25 years together and their marital highs and lows were documented on season 17 of the series.
The two share a son Paedon, 23, and daughters Aspyn, 27, Mykelti, 26, Gwendlyn, 20, Ysabel, 19, and Truely, 12.
During an October episode of Sister Wives, Christine told her fellow sister wives about their breakup and informed them that she was moving from Arizona to Utah.
During her talk with Us Weekly, the Cooking With Just Christine star revealed that her conversation with the women was one of the most difficult scenes for her to re-watch over the years.
