Developer The Wild Gentlemen and publisher HandyGames aren’t ready to put down the Chicken Police. After a year of accumulating critical acclaim since its November 5, 2020 launch, Chicken Police – Paint it RED is coming to Google Stadia, joining the ranks of all the other platforms that host the title. Stadia users can start playing the game right now.
Are You Chicken Enough for the Chicken Police?
Sonny Featherland and Marty MacChicken are two fabled detectives that went by their moniker, the Chicken Police. After an upsetting falling out, a new case will be the catalyst for their impending reunion. Surrounded by distinctive characters, strange twists, and sneaky tricks, Sonny and Marty will have to search through the city of Clawville to get the job done.
Chicken Police – Paint it RED! is a narrative-driven adventure game with point-and-click mechanics. Players will spend the majority of their time visiting the various locations in Clawville while investigating a variety of characters. The game’s style rings back to 1940s-based noir films, with a black-and-white presentation and small spots of other colors. Chicken Police also features actual photos of animals that The Wild Gentlemen – the developers – took.
Ever since the initial release of Chicken Police – Paint it RED!, the reception has been continuous as the game expands from one platform to the next. It was first launched on PC via Steam, then it continued to appear on the Epic Games Store and GoG. Additionally, players can find the title on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Google Play, and the Apple Store.
Now, starting today, Google Stadia owners will be able to jump in on the Chicken Police action. The Stadia release also comes with a trailer to bring players up to speed with the game’s narrative and gameplay. Be sure to check it out above.
