Cheryl Burke gave a clue about quitting DWTS after season 31 of the show. Following her and Sam’s Champion season 31 elimination, the dancer hinted at this development. To confirm this speculation, Cheryl confirmed this during the October 16 episode of Cheryl’s Burke In The Game podcast.
Is Cheryl Burke Quitting DWTS?
Although the dancer has confirmed that season 31 will be her last season as a dancer, she disclosed that she has proven herself enough on the show to the point that she is supposed to be a host.
“I do believe that I have proven myself to the extent that I could be a reporter or a host. I’m not trying to take anybody’s job, but you can always add another host and judge to the show. It’s a two-hour show with no commercial break,” the Dancing with the stars pro said.
As reported by E! News, the 38-year-old has mixed feelings about leaving because she has taken the show as her family. She revealed she got on the show when she was 21-year-old until she has grown to this age which is why she finds it hard to leave the show. The TV star also added that her body was “also telling” her to “stop.”

Stating that until she closes a chapter, another chapter would not reveal itself. The two-time DWTS winner reveals that there are many dancers who’d want a chance to get in the ballroom; hence it will be unfair not to give room for them.
