As many fans know, the new season of American Horror Story on FX premieres on October 19th with two episodes. Until recently, information regarding the new season had been relatively limited. As the premiere date draws nearer, FX has slowly given more tidbits about what AHS: NYC has to offer. First, they revealed the main cast and who they will play recently. Now, fans finally have a teaser for the season.

In true American Horror Story fashion, the short video clip doesn’t tell us anything about the series. It takes place in a club that looks to be in New York. Also, as usual, there is no way to know if this clip is even a scene from the show. If the rumors about the new season of American Horror Story on FX are true, it centers around a ground of LGBTQ+ characters living in The Big Apple in the late 1980s/ early 1990s. This theory lends itself to some of the leaked pictures from the set of AHS: NYC.

Fans of the long-running FX show are excited about its return. However, due to the lackluster reviews for season 10, the creative team behind the show has much to prove to audiences.

The cast for the new season of AHS combines old and new faces of the show. As for the new faces, Charlie Carver joins the show playing Adam. Russell Tovey plays someone named Patrick, who seems to be a detective, and Joe Mantello plays Gino. As for the returning cast, Zachary Quinto plays Sam. Leslie Grossman, Denis O’Hare, Billie Lourd, and Patti LuPone will also star.

In other AHS casting news, neither Evan Peters nor Sarah Paulson will return for this season of the show. However, both actors are fan favorites of the series, so hopefully, they’ll return in the future.
