You can only redeem your points for pre-approved amounts, so you will likely be scanning receipts for a few months before you see a return. Once you get your gift card code, you can enter it into the store you choose and buy Primogems.
While this isn’t a quick solution to getting more pulls on a banner, if you’re consistent with using Fetch Rewards, it can be a great way to earn some extra Primogems for the future.
