If you are wondering if you can play as a solo in Tribes of Midgard, the answer is yes. It is entirely possible to play as a solo player via the solo mode under Saga mode. To create a solo game, simply select Saga mode and then click the create a world option under solo mode.
The game will also adjust according to you being a solo player, meaning enemies and their health pools will be shortened to make things a bit easier to play.
But you may still get overwhelmed during horde nights due to you being the only player and multiple entry points into the village. You also may have trouble trying to manage resources as you will be the only person gathering and getting souls.
Because of all this, we highly recommend playing with some friends or trying matchmaking to make things easier on yourself, but if this isn’t what you want, playing solo is fine. It will just take a bit to get used to all of the fast past grind, but eventually, you will manage and may even find yourself enjoying the grind and other gameplay systems.
