Steam users are getting a free trial weekend for Call of Duty WW2, ahead of the release of the Resistance DLC for the game. The free trial is available from Thursday, February 22nd through Sunday, February 25th and contains only the multiplayer portion of the game. The multiplayer trial will end at 1:00 PM PT on Sunday, February 25th.
From February 22nd to February 28th, Steam players can purchase the game at a discounted rate of $38.99. That’s 35% off of the regular price of $59.99. The Digital Deluxe Edition of the game is also included in this promotion. Normally $99.99, the price has been cut to $74.99 which is about 25% off. The Digital Deluxe Edition includes the Season Pass content for the game. Which not so coincidentally launches on PC and Xbox One on March 1st.
For those who do check out the game during the free trial and purchase the complete game, progress made during the trial period will carry over to the full game.
Call of Duty WW2’s Resistance DLC launched a short while ago on the PlayStation 4 and includes three new multiplayer maps, a new zombies experience, and a new War Mode Operation. You can find the download link to get Call of Duty WW2 for free right here.
