Activision and Treyarch have deployed Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 update patch 1.08 for both the PS4 and Xbox One platforms. Aside from the usual fixes, a new weapon has also been spotted.
The biggest feature for update patch 1.08 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is that the Nuk3town map is now available to all players for free. The map was previously only available to those that pre-ordered the game. Other things that have been added are new “Calling Cards, Reticles, and Weapon Camo“.
A minor fix has been made to the single player campaign. The fix just said: “Disabled physics wind on all maps.” Aside from that, most of the other changes were made to the online multiplayer and zombie modes of the game.

In related news, a new weapon is available in the game. It is the HG 40 weapon. Not much information is provided about the weapon yet, but it’s likely to appear in a supply drop in the near future.
