Sledgehammer Games has pulled the curtains back on some of the new technology and gadgets that will be in their upcoming shooter, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Detailed in the video below, Michael Condrey and Glen Schofield discuss some of the weapons that we’ve already seen and new details about how they think they will change the series.

Schofield explains some of the gadgets that we’ve already seen in previous videos from Sledgehammer. The Threat Detection Grenade, the mobile barricade, directed energy weapon, and other gadgets are different than any we’ve seen in the series before. Schofield says that all of the new weapons and technology are rooted in reality, though “taken further.”

Where E3 saw a new trailer for Advanced Warfare where we got to see the Exoskeleton in action. The video below confirms that the suit will allow for superhuman feats of strength, as well as allow players to cloak themselves.
