Virtual reality enthusiasts will be able to create their own cities with Fast Travel Games’ Cities: VR. Releasing onto the Meta Quest 2 on April 28, you can set your pre-orders now for Cities: VR through its Quest 2 page.
Cities: VR – A Metropolis of Your Own Creation
In truth, Cities: VR is a virtual reality version of Cities: Skylines, which launched back in 2015. It was originally developed by Colossal Order with publishing by Paradox Interactive. Essentially, both titles work as city-building simulations where the player has complete freedom to design their own unique towns. Players can engage in architectural and engineering achievements while overseeing the progression of everything they’re building.
For Cities: VR, you will act as an omnipresent Mayor who will both generate cities and observe the happenings of the people. You can fly into the air and watch everything unfold, or you can stick to the streets amongst the citizens. Additionally, you’re also responsible for managing economics, city services, entertainment, education, and many more to keep the economy afloat.
