Brian Austin Green Lashes Out At Vanessa Marcil Over Custody Claims

Green, 49, took to Instagram to respond to Marcil’s alleged claim that he had taken her to court for child support over their now 20-year-old son Kassius.

“I just heard that my ex was claiming I spent years taking her to court and asking for child support. How was I the Respondent then???” he posted to Instagram.

To back up his claims, the Unwed Father star shared a fragment of an alleged legal document, stating Marcil, 53, as the “petitioner” and himself as the “respondent.”

Green also shared photos of himself and his son, showing his repaired relationship with Kassius following claims made by Marcil four years ago that he had been cut out of his son’s life.

The She Fought Alone actor posted two snaps of himself and Kassius working together on a movie titled Rufus, adding that it was “a great experience.”

In 2018, Marcil alleged via an Instagram post that Green and his then-wife Megan Fox had broken Kass’ heart when they had cut off all contact with their son after he failed to get full custody of their son after a prolonged custody battle.

Marcil further explained in her social media message that she has never asked for full custody and Green and Fox had always had and still have 50% custody.

She went on to add that Green had taken her to court, asking for 200,000 for child support but had lost the case.

Were Green And Marcil Ever Married?

As reported by DailyMail, Marcil and Green starred together on Beverly Hills, 90210 from 1998 to 2000, and were never married. They welcomed their son Kassius in March 2002.

In 2020, Marcil hinted that Green had repaired his relationship with Kassius, who visited his father on the set of BH90210 a year earlier. Green has since divorced Fox, and the former couple share children Noah, 10, Bodhi, eight, and Journey, six.
