They can compensate for each other’s weaknesses and complement the strong sides. The game is designed exactly in a way to make these characters work perfectly together. You need to know how to choose them. Moreover, each character has unique specialties and strengths that make the game extra interesting. You can play it a few times by choosing various characters and never get bored. As usual, each character comes with their own backstory, style, sense of humor, and weapons of choice.

The game is not just fun to play, but it is funny. It is a nice component of the game that many similar shooters are missing. That’s quite a miscalculation on their parts. Humor adds a lot to the game. First of all, it just helps make the characters more alive and realistic. Borderlands 3 is a tough shooter with many tense moments and surprising turns of events, leaving you exhausted, jumpy, and agitated. The humor in the game helps to release some of the tension. It honestly feels like they got speedypaper discounts and asked expert writers for the professionally written dialogues.
It is added in the right moments, whenever you need a little distraction from the stressful game moments. Hence, it can defuse the situation and give you a short break. Finally, the sense of humor in the game can be quite sophisticated. Like one of those words jokes where you need a moment to realize what has just happened. Sometimes, the jokes in the plot hint at some errors of yours or give you a warning about future events. I’m seriously ready to pay big bucks for someone who can explain how they manage to do it.
