With each passing day, we get closer and closer to the release of Borderlands 3 and the whole world seems to be chomping at the bit to get their hands on Gearbox/2K’s latest creation. The game itself is available for pre-load about 48 hours before the game goes live on September the 13th, and that includes for the PC as well, but at precisely what time can you expect to be able to start your planet-hopping adventure?

Well, thankfully, the good people responsible for bringing Pandora and all the surrounding world’s to life have released all the information that you’re ever going to need with regards to the launch dates around the globe.

The way it works is that the console version will be released on midnight around the world in what they call a rolling midnight release (catchy, eh?). This means that outside of North America the game will be out as soon as your clock ticks over to 00:00. Inside North America the game will release midnight Eastern Time across the whole region, meaning you get it at 9 pm if you’re on the West Coast.

This handy picture should help.
