Bloodstained To Possibly Become A Series The Nerd Stash

According to a recent interview with Game Informer, former lead Castlevania producer and Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night director, Koji Igarashi stated in an interview that he wants to turn Bloodstained into a series.

In the interview, Igarashi stated,

Igarashi’s strengths have always been with Metroidvania style games, and almost all of the titles he’s worked on in some form have been Castlevania titles. Bloodstained and Castlevania offer gorgeous 2D art, RPG elements like leveling up and using various weapons, iconic monster designs, and incredibly satisfying exploration. He and his team’s future games being from all sorts of different genres will be very interesting, to say the least.

Xbox One owners can play Bloodstained via Game Pass right now along with Jump Force. On the 26th, Bad North, Dirt Rally 2.0, and Lego Worlds also join.
